SHIPPING
France: €10 for orders under €200. Free shipping from €200. Delivery 2-3 business days.
EU countries: €15 for orders under €300. Free shipping from €300. Delivery 2-5 business days.
Non-EU European countries: €25 for orders under €300. Free shipping from €300. Delivery 3-5 business days.
Rest of the world: €35 flat rate for all orders. Delivery ~5 business days.
Depending on your destination, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are determined by local authorities and must be covered by the recipient.
RETURNS
Not quite the right fit? No problem. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Just make sure:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
- The hang tag is still attached
If not, Berni reserves the right to decline the return – nothing personal, just house rules.
You have two options when returning your order:
- Use your own shipping method
You may return the item using a carrier of your choice. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Berni cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Request a prepaid return label from Berni (EU countries only)
Upon request, Berni can provide a ready-to-use prepaid return label. If this option is selected, a fee of €10 will be deducted from your refund for returns shipped from France, and €15 for returns shipped from other EU countries. This option is not available for returns originating outside EU.
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund (excluding original shipping charges) will be issued within 5 business days to the original method of payment.
