Shipping
As long as Berni can’t personally hand-deliver each order, here’s how shipping works:
France: €10 for orders under €200. Free shipping from €200.
Europe: €20 for orders under €300. Free shipping from €300.
Rest of the world: €35 flat rate for all orders.
Depending on your destination, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are determined by local authorities and must be covered by the recipient. Unfortunately, Berni has no special agreements with customs – yet.
Returns
Not quite the right fit? No problem. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Just make sure:
- The item is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed.
- The hang tag is still attached.
If not, Berni reserves the right to decline the return – nothing personal, just house rules.
All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender. We recommend choosing a tracked service to make sure your return actually makes it back home.
Once your return is received and checked, your refund (excluding the shipping costs you may have paid) will be processed within 10 business days.
